Flooding can occur in several ways. Sometimes a water pipe inside a wall will break or the rubber hoses which are sometimes used to connect washing machines or dishwashers will break down over time.

Flooding can also be caused by rising water outside or roof damage. Whatever the cause the first job is to prevent secondary damage from mold.
