Tess is responsible for all customer concerns, billing, credit & collections, claim handling/information, scheduling, and quality control. Tess deals directly with Insurance Companies and is in constant contact with them to make sure that we are on top of your claim at all times. Tess will be the voice of reason on our end of this insurance loss. There are many frustrating events that take place in an event like this; Tess is here to help you through the trying times.
